Second round of the Sprint Italian championship this week-end

From May 22–24, Stratia Motorsport will compete in the second round of the Italian Gran Turismo Sprint Championship at Vallelunga with its Mercedes-AMG GT3 entered in the AM class for Giuseppe Fascicolo and Alexey Denisov.

After an encouraging first weekend at Imola, the goal of the Swiss team will be to move closer to the front of the GT3 AM category.

The weekend at Vallelunga will begin on Friday with the free practice sessions, allowing the team to work on setup and long-run pace on the technical Roman circuit. Qualifying sessions are scheduled for Saturday morning before Race 1 later in the afternoon. The second and final race of the weekend will then take place on Sunday, with two 50-minute sprint races set to deliver another intense battle in the GT3 AM.
