Gianfranco Fantuzzi joins Stratia !

Stratia Motorsport is absolutely delighted to announce the arrival of Gianfranco Fantuzzi as engineer starting from the 2026 season ! A key figure in the Stratia project, Gianfranco brings with him immense experience in motorsport. He enjoyed a forty-year career in Formula 1, having worked with Scuderia Ferrari, Minardi, Toyota, and finally Toro Rosso, where he took on the role of team manager.

After closing the chapter on Formula 1, he founded his own international karting team, G Force Racing, in which Antoine Bottiroli competed. The pair later moved up together to Formula 3, where they secured both the Italian and Swiss vice-championship titles. They also worked together briefly in a small Ferrari GT team, when Antoine was getting his laps in those cars. Since then, Gianfranco has been a successful race engineer in various teams running Formula 3 cars, Formula 4 cars, Ferraris, Lamborghinis, and Porsches.

A man with a profound understanding of motorsport and exceptional engineering talent, Gianfranco will be Stratia Motorsport’s greatest asset.
